The Future of this Blog

A year since my last post and alot has happened! Gemma and I will soon be moving with Julie to a new kennel while Ian will be moving elsewhere. I don't really understand what's happening but it will make it difficult to pick up and run with this Blog unless I can keep in touch with Ian via my mobile bone or social networking sites such as Treater or Facebark. It's worth a try! Ian is going to keep the website going as best he can although he says it will be more generic, whatever that means ;-)

Christmas 2011

Gemma and I have just got back from our Christmas hols with some lovely people at some lovely local kennels where we got some lovely Christmas presents. It's amazing that Santa Paws found us because we didn't even tell him where we were going!

Fireworks 2011

Humans say that, during the Blitz of World War 2, the safest place to be, apart from somewhere else, was under the stairs. Well thanks to Ian and Julie moving the furniture around in the living room last year, I was able to hide undeur stairs this year while all those noisy fireworks were going off outside. Very safe, very welcome!

Gemma's Birthday

Today is Gemma Lea's seventh birthday! That's according to Ian... However, it is actually the seventh human anniversary of Gemma's first birthday when she was nought. So really she is 8 years old in human terms and 56 according to the canine calendar, which makes her older than Ian :-)

Sponsored walkies

I took Julie on a five-mile sponsored walkie on behalf of a Teenagers' cancer charity. Meanwhile, Gemma took Ian just around the corner before she reckoned she'd had enough and headed back to the comfort of her cushion,

European Football

The reason dogs object to the kind of football matches Ian sometimes watches on TV is because those matches are played over two legs instead of four.

Woody the I.T. Wizz!

You may be wondering why I didn't post until the very last day of April. I did try, but Ian failed to tell me that he had upgraded to Internet Explorer 9. Had he done so, I would have told him about certain compatibility issues and how to solve them. As you can see, my knowledge has been invaluable as the Blog is back!

Guard dog

While Gemma's been abit pawly, I've been having to do double shifts at the window, barking at passing dogs to let everyone know what's what. Gemma's feeling abit less pawly now so she can at least lend moral support, and get back in practice by barking at me...
